One lovely afternoon, I began chatting to my grandpa. I was completely unaware he was about to say something that would change my view of happiness forever.

In the middle of our conversation, I felt a lull so I pulled out the classic question. “If you could have dinner with one person, living or dead, who would it be?” I couldn’t wait to talk about my long list of dead presidents, dead Beatles, dead scientists, and a really cute living movie star. But I was also really eager to hear what he’d say.

Then he simply answered, “My wife.”

I immediately assured him it’s not necessary for him to answer like that. We all knew he loves his wife, whom he eats dinner with every night and was currently over in the other room…

Yep. I did it. I quit my job. I bought a ticket. To Bali. Enrolled to a Yoga Teacher Training. Taking off in a week. I’m following my heart, my intuition. Hard to believe it’s actually happening. CHINESE MOVIES

monday, May 30,2011 i was with a good friend of mine at bucks..tamang chill lang at kwento..basa ng mags.. and then i saw this mag na.. i forgot the name e..oh.. its about china..well dun sa last part, may article about Bruce Lee..yeah tama c enter d dragon(hahha base sa naddinig ko ah) then nakapag open kmi ng topic about that..hehehe here it goes… *when i was.. i guess hmm grade school ata un.. when ate loreta..(ang aming nice na yayah..na mahilig sa pampaganda..name it. she has it..hehehe chinchan/luya ata un o bawang na pampakinis daw ng muka../eskinol/papaya soap/tawas/chani/(hehehe i know kc pag gabi na at nasa room na cla ate loreta along with ate susan, un househelper nla tita ban, sa room nla..ppnta kme ng ate ko at pkkielamn at makiki esyoso kami sa beauty session with matching food (kirei at coke haha kea andun kme ni ate..hahha) at wardrobe na panjama at naka tirintas na buhok..(haba nuh) after school..at mag lunch at maligo.. syempre papatulugin na kme ni ate loreta..sbi nia: matulog kayo kundi e magging unano kayo(yeah.. lame lame lame..hehehe..) pro dati naniwala ako.pro khit natulog ako e mbaba padin ang height ko(tsk kitam ) so pag alis ni yaya..ayun na..bubuksan ni kuya un t.v..s channel 9, mga 12:30 ata un nattpos kc cia mga 3pm na e..hehehe chinese movies!!! Starring : hehehe syempre palaging c jackie chan/dko na alam un name ng iba..so at that age na learn ko mag watch ng movies na me sub title/at un may english na cnsbi pro hndi sumasabay sa nagssalita un cnsabi nila:) Setting: laging api/nag hirap/beggar…(tama prang pinoy din) Eksena: mabbigo c chinese guy../papatayin ang clan ni guy/ at dahil dun e gganti cia….. Labanan na: yan un tipong susugod sa chinese kungpu school(eksena e nag ppraktis ang mga desipulo at nasa tapat c master na nagpapaypay) kasuotan: un mga desipulo naka pants na black with mathing black comfy shoes white socks at white kamiso chino ba un??(un undershirt pag naka barong) and sabi nila..yah!yah!ha! tpos sabay pasok ang kalaban..at ssaktan ng bad chinese ang isa sa mga desipulo..(na palaging mas weak dapat sa master)..ang master(steady mode lang) sabay ipagttangol ang desipulo(pro bago yan mag laban e may 3 min. talastasan with the bad chinese guy..(na sa buka ng bibig e parang lahat ng cnsabi e Mura!) hehehe tpos fight fight… skills: iron fist/monkey/yin yang/manthis/drunken master *mathis/iron fist*eto un panlaban e un palm ang fingers nlang..na pag na tira e e may marka ng mga daliri/tapos sa kungfu e yan un prang nagmamasa cla ng bigas na nasa hot kawali wid bulitas na mainit(hehehe ayon yan sa movie ah) *monkey*yan un acting like a monkey..fast/and naughty fighter *drunken master* syempre cnu ba dnakaka kilala jan.. jackie chan yan e..he gets his strenght sa alcohol..when hes drunk..oo kahit bagsak na(eksena nto un naka tulog sa silya tpos pag cnipa e nakakaiwas at nakakalaban cia) Masters *syempre(sa eksena nung isang lalake na d tinagap ng bad na master un poor chinese guy) un guy e mag aaral mag isa.. may ttulungang matanda(oo un sa movies ulit ni jackie chan) un beggar faced along with long beard at nice wide smile..Kasuotan: rugged(yeah rakista hahah) Trainings: *set up: sa bukid/open field/(bahay nung beggar like na master pala) Training Package *free lodging/food *dapat kaw ang ggwa sa bahay, u guessed it ryt.. alipin ka..mag llinis/(eto palagi ksali) Nag iigib/nagluluto..pra sa matakaw na master *not knowing na part ng training un(hehhe taray..karate kid..oo ginaya nio nga cla) *Actual training* kapag nabwisit na c poor chinese guy dhil sa pagod sa pag iigive..aawayin nia c master.. pag suntok..um.. lakas ng braso..defined na defined..(heheh sa pag iigib..strenght/stamina/endurance hehee wow no?? Push ups(habang nag ppush up) pagbaba e may nakakatusok na kawayan, sa likod e naka patong un legs ni master na me hawak na patpat..at pag nagpahinga c alipin e ..um!palo.. after the short training… magkkita c bad master/beggar master/alaga ni bad master/at c poor chinese guy.. set up ulit!!: sa lugar na damuhan/o kea sa old restaurant ng chinese..2floor type bldg na puro kahoy ang upuan at lamesa.. laban na ulit: (opopop…me 3 min dialogue pa muna dba??)first round.. c beggar master..at c alaga ni bad master..talo c alaga.. haharang c bad master..at mas malakas cia kay beggar master na pinitik lang sa dibdib e dumugo na bibig.. takbo c poor chinese guy kay beggar master(mabilis) hehehe tpos turn na ni poor chinese guy..labasan na ng nalalaman..wooh sampol!sampol!hehehehe (sa talgang nagkakataon ba naman e may kawayanan lagi(file of long bamboo sa side) na gngamit na weapon ng bwat isa.. tpos puro blood..lahat na ata ng nalalamang kungpu alakdana/manthis/monkey/drunkenmaster/kahit ata anakonda meron e.. nagawa na nla pro lakas ni poor chinese guy ah..given na wla pang one week ang training vs experienced master na pinanday na ng panahon sa galing e nattalo parin..hehehehe tpos..ttakbo ang chinese girl(oo kdalasan ang names nila: mei – mei/mai ling(prang maling)/shao ling/ sabay to the rescue ke lalake.. pag win ni chinese guy..ayun tpos na.. alas tres na e..hahahahah o diba.. simple pro nakaka tuwa..
